[00:00:00] Leah Velez: Welcome to the thank you episode of the Belonging Mixtape! On behalf of Wordcrafters in Eugene, I want to thank you so much for tuning into our first season.

[00:00:22] First up, a huge thank you to our generous sponsors at the Oregon Community Foundation, the Oregon Cultural Trust, the Lane Arts Council, and the City of Eugene's Cultural Services. The funding that they provided made this all possible.

[00:00:37] I would also like to thank our partners who have helped us get this dream off of the ground and into the airwaves, and even onto the windows of downtown Eugene Public Library. A special thank you to the Whitaker Community Arts team who put up a phone booth around town that collected stories and partnered with us on our phone line, the Strides for Social Justice app, and again, the Lane Arts Council who connected us with so many beautiful artists that brought our stories to life.

[00:01:05] And now for some more personalized shout-outs. To Paloma Laguna for her help checking the translation of our website and making sure that it made sense in Spanish. to Angel Hernandez and Jorah LaFleur for being the voices of our phone line. And to Jorah again for the beautiful logo and thoughtful flow of our web design and questions. Along the question front, I would also like to extend a thank you to Trena Cleland for the help in creating those streamlined questions and envisioning an ease and flow for participants to talk about their lives.

[00:01:34] A very special thank you to Drea Lee for giving all of the web support we needed to get this up and running smoothly to Eric Braman for listening and helping us to think through our story gathering process in the most community-oriented way. To Sarah Z Fouche, for her early proofread and flow of the website, the honesty, thoroughness, and thoughtfulness was a great help. To Becky Youtz for volunteering to get all of the episodes up on the platform and helping so much with editing.

[00:02:00] To James Stegall for the wise podcasting council. To Eric Richardson for early council and perspectives. And to the rest of our StoryHelix Advisory Board: Rituparna Roy, Guadalupe Quinn, your guidance has been instrumental in making the program what it is, and what it might become.

[00:02:20] And a special thank you also to our Executive Director at Wordcrafters, Daryll-Lynne Evans, for believing in the project and working so diligently with our grant writer Linda Wallace, to create the capacity for this community project.

[00:02:33] Most of all, thank you to all of the dozens and dozens of people who have trusted us to safeguard and share your precious stories.

[00:02:41] Until next season, earthlings, keep collecting your stories. We want to hear from you.
